What if you thought of yourself as the greatest piece of art you've ever created - a masterpiece in the making? If you saw yourself this way, would you live life differently - paying more attention to the details? Michelangelo said, "I saw an angel in a block of marble and I carved until I set him free." How much paint would you put on your canvas? How many colors would you use? The beautiful thing about art is when you make a mistake, you paint over it and keep going. All of us are a work of art - a masterpiece in the making - a reflection of God. The brush is in our hand, we can create what we want to reflect to the universe (beauty is in the layers). God saw an angel in all of us and kept carving until he set us free. Now it's our turn to go forth and carve, paint, create, and set something magical free - our spirits. This is our time to shine. Don't save any paint, cover your canvas, use the good brushes, and don't be afraid to make a mess. All masterpieces require a great mess. Art is messy inside and out. Paint "LOVE" across your canvas, Paint "I love you" across your canvas! Okay, Earth Angels, go forth and share the love, share the art, share the heart, and know that I love you.

P.S. This is a "sneak peek" of our Beautiful Wear for our spring show @ Marburger Farm. More to come.......

"The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim to high and falling short, but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark."
- Michelangelo

I just want to take a minute to thank you for your inspiration. I've been working on a book for, quite literally, years! While our paths have different forms, we share the common goal of helping people feel better. Seeing the world you've created for so many to enjoy continues to inspire me to follow through on my dream as well. So, for this, I thank you!

Also, I want to suggest a song you may like called "Swimming to the other side" by Pat Humprhies. It's kind of obscure, but I think, from the music you post, you'll probably appreciate it.

Blessings!

It's been a while since I viewed your site....but I could barely get past your welcome screen and the vision of beauty and I captured fireflys and every word to the song as well! My cup runneth over and then I see your words! My favorite Artist story and the call to be the light. Such beauty inside you and outside!! Yes, am ready for a few new strokes to this winter canvas...exactly why I am here! Be blessed! I am so grateful.

I look through your book everyday and see it as art. One friend said, 'but it's so old and there's so much, how would you keep it clean?'. Somehow that's not the message. It's to go out and create our own art in our own lives - and if, for some, it must be washable, then that's the art chosen. Ahhhh, I feel so much better. Time for coffee...and peacock feathers.
