Hi everyone,

We're excited to share with you the Magnolia Pearl Airstream story in Romantic Homes Magazine, August 2010 now available in stores. Click on image to see story. John and I are looking for another "old" Airstream so we can start on our second "home away from home" - like we need another project!!! We are working daily on new "Beautiful Wear" and hope to have fun pictures soon. A big hug and kiss to all you Magnolia Pearl fans who make this dream possible - We love and thank all of you! Hope you are having a joy and spirit filled Summer and are taking time to star-gaze, roll in the grass, and kiss the crickets- I love crickets!

Love to all of you,

Pearl.

"Summer is the time when one sheds one's tensions with one's clothes, and the right kind of day is jeweled balm for the battered spirit. A few of those days and you can become drunk with the belief that all is right with the world."

-- Ada Louise Huxtable

P.S. - I love you "so" much John. Happy Summer!

-- Pearl

Bought the magazine yesterday. what a great spread on your home away from home. You all are so talented. I would give anything to have a tiny bit of that kind of talent and vision. But I guess I will just have to buy your "Beautiful Wear!" Watch for snakes when you are rolling in the grass down there and swimming in the river! Love, from a neighbor in Texas.

Pure eyecandy!! Thanks for showing the article here, living on the other side of the pond makes it hard to buy the magazine. I just love everything...it´s just too much! but too much in a amazingly beautiful way!! Who did the laquer job on the airstream and car? Just wonderful..the best marketing sign ever! I so admire you as a buisness woman too... (along with your dh of course!)
Keep doing what you´re doing!

I grew up spending Winters in a rainbow colored 1948 Greyhound bus so I share your love of a beautiful home away from home. Did I read that right? You're looking for another airstream? I call dibs on the "old" one. =)

Can't wait for morning so I can run to Borders to pick up the new RH! Thanks for sharing. Blessings... polly

What a lovely trailer! That bed looks delicious. The whole thing is so inspiring, I'm going to have to fix up our little trailer. At least make the bed alittle more romantic.(and softer)from, Canadian,eh!

P.S. from a Canadian. I just love your style. You have been inspired me to live and dress in my own way and to heck with what the preconceived ideas of what a 50 yr. old should wear. I am having fun and am in the prime of my life. I have an 8 yr.old son and he helps keep the fun in life. Love you Robin.

So inspiring! When I was 19 I spent the summer with some friends in an old UPS truck redone like that. There was a stove in it and we decorated it with pink flowers all over the inside. Spent that summer in the mountains of Bolder Co. Way at the top of the mountain. Visited it last summer and some of the same people were still there, 25 yrs ago. God I love that spot, just over the stream and meadow.
You are liven it every day and I love your site~keep up the creative energy. We love what you do! From the little garden on the hill, over looking the lake....

Oh my goodness, so inspiring and just GORGEOUS! So blown away by those images, incredible talent. I'm an airstream lover, and yours is by far the most awesome and out of this world! I'm actually selling my '68 airstream as I just can't find the time or inspiration to fix her up...hopefully she'll get some owners that can turn her into a work of art like yours!

I just saw the article on your wonderful camper in Romantic Homes Magazine and I went looking for you online. You are instantly my hero. I love that you made that small portable space all about you and what you love and the fact that it could be the most wonderful little slice of royalty all made by hand. Absolutely exquisite! I'm going to add you to the link in my sidebar so I can come back and visit often. Love Love Love what you do! Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you have an amazing day!
