Hi everyone,
thank you for sharing this blog with me. I've added a beautiful song by Aradhana Silvermoon, "Peace Within" that I think will inspire you. Speaking of inspiration, did you see the movie, August Rush? Wow, what a great movie and soundtrack! John and I are always so busy we rarely go to movies these days, but we had to see that one. If I have spare time, I prefer to be in the garden or with the birds and sunset -- God is a genius!
John and I are "Magnolia Pearlizing", from top to bottom, a vintage Airstream that Country Living will be shooting soon. I'll post a " sneak peek" when the exterior art is finished. What a project - tons of work, but a complete blast! There's never a moment without an art project at our home.
PS --- Look for our "fashion", garden photo shoot in the April 08 issue of Country Living magazine.

Hi Pearl
Welcome to the blogging world.I found you through BJ at Sweet Nothings. Your grandmother is precious! We loved August Rush too. So nice to see a good movie for a change. The airstream sounds wonderful and I can't wait to see the finished result. Quite a few years ago I saw an airstream done by McKenzie Childs when she (Victoria?) came to Neiman Marcus for a lecture and promoting their china. I guess an airstream is a good blank canvas for artists.
I've seen your work in magazines before and just love it! I'll be back to visit again soon. If you have any time in your busy schedule, stop by my blog and say hello.

Hello Pearl,

Please can you tell me where/how I can buy your clothes and bags - I have been hunting down the clothes and bags for some time and can't find any on ebay or anywhere else on the net.

I am located in the UK, Brighton.

Be really great if you could get in touch with me, my email address is miaunderwood@gmail.com

You should set-up an online shop.
That would be great.

Many thanks,

Mia x

We own the August Rush movie for so many reasons and yes, it is a true inspiration again for so many reasons. The universe is so giving and perfect and I am glad to be part of it, scattering joy and spreading kindnesses and light. Thank-you Robin for your share in doing these things on such a wide spectrum and sharing compassion as it is meant to be. Blessings girl.
